Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping

The shipping rates and respective delivery dates are automatically calculated after you’ve entered your address during check out. Generally, we offer free shipping in the contiguous US. However, you have different options at check out and can choose the option that meets your preferences best. Faster delivery typically incur higher shipping costs.

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

Once your order has been picked up by our courier, we will provide you with a tracking number to check on the status of your delivery. Do note that once the parcel has been handed to the shipping courier, we will not have control over the handling and delivery time. Customers are best advised to get in touch with the courier for latest update and further information.

Payment Options

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal. Sorry, we cannot split payments on separate cards or payment methods. Please note all charges and refunds are posted in US Dollars.

By entering your payment information and submitting your order, you authorize us and our third-party payment processors to charge the amount of the order to your selected payment method. Payment is due upon placing your order. We are not responsible for any fees or charges that your bank or credit card issuer may apply. 

Sales Tax Information

Taxes will be applied based on the recipient's shipping address.

Returns & Refunds

All orders can be returned up to 30 days after the shipping date for a full refund minus the shipping cost, if any.

If you would like to return a product from your order simply send the product back to the address below in its original packaging. You can expect a refund within 3 days after we receive your returned product. 

If any shipping cost has been charged for international orders, the shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error.

We also understand that customers must open the product before determining if they like it. As long as the item is not used in excess, you will get a full refund for it. If not, you will be subject to a partial refund.

Damaged and Lost Claims

In the unlikely event that your order or part of your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@sceneryoils.com immediately, sending us a picture of the damaged order, so we can notify the carrier and file a damage claim. Please keep all packaging materials for five (5) business days after notifying us and a replacement will be sent to you.

Replacement of products and credits to your account for shipped products claimed as not received are subject to our investigation, which may include postal service notification. We will replace products and credit your account at our discretion.
